St James Road, Carlisle
Refurbishment of 2 houses to provide 7 en-suite rooms due for completion March 2008
Boon Town, Burton in Kendal

Lindisfarne Street, Carlisle
Refurbishment of existing accommodation to provide 9 en-suite rooms due to be completed March 2008
Rydal Road, Kendal
Very sheltered housing for the elderly offering a mix of 37 new build flats and bungalows.

Gowan Lea, Burnside
Refurbishment of an existing building containing 20 flats along with 5 new build bungalows in the grounds providing housing for those aged 50 and over.

Keswick Methodist Church
