Homefinder

A new Choice Based Lettings Scheme called Homefinder now replaces the old points system. 

Homefinder gives you more choice and allows you an active role in applying for a home. This system still allows us to let our homes to those in greatest needs. To apply for a home using Homefinder you need to register, once registered you can then view the property adverts, then when you see one you fancy you can make a bid. You can contact any of our offices for more information and to register or you can register on-line here. Just follow the guidelines below:

There are 4 steps to applying for a home from here. You need to:

• Download Adobe if you don't already have it
• Download the Registration pack which contains the information you need to read, Registration form & Reference form (Please note you only need to do this once)
• Find a property you like from our Property Adverts
• Bid for the property
