Homefinder

From 2nd April 2007 Impact Housing is changing the way we allocate our homes.  A new Choice Based Lettings Scheme called Homefinder will replace the old points system. 

Homefinder will give you more choice and allow you an active role in applying for a home. This system will still allow us to let our homes to those in greatest needs.

There are 4 steps to applying for a home from here. You need to:

• Download Adobe if you don't already have it
• Download the Registration pack which contains the information you need to read, Registration form & Reference form (Please note you only need to do this once)
• Find a property you like from our Property Adverts
• Bid for the property

There are many advantages to renting a home with Impact; we have an excellent housing management service and a responsive day-to-day and 24 hour emergency repairs service.  Our homes are maintained to a high standard, most have gas central heating and double glazing and we are investing all the time to improve our homes to be more energy efficient to run and to reduce the impact to the environment.
