Annual General Meeting 2017

On Thursday 24th May 2017 Impact held its Annual General Meeting that involved formal business which included approving last year’s minutes, the election process for Board, approval of our financial statements and the appointment of our Auditors.

The Board Chair and Executive Director discussed and gave a brief presentation on the Annual report to members on what the organisation has achieved over the past year and the challenges faced and facing. You can find the Annual Report to Members on the right hand side.

Following the formal business a presentation was given on the development of Bramble Court our new Extra-Care Scheme in Brampton.
