Fourteen flats with support for young people aged between 16 - 25 with a shared community room. The flats are let on assured shorthold tenancies and young people are allocated their own support worker who works assertively with them towards full independence, including budgeting, skills of daily living, education, training and employment. 

Maximum length of tenancy is two years and we work with local housing providers to help young people move into their own tenancies at the end of that time.  Young people are encouraged to get involved in activities such as volunteering, the arts, and outdoor pursuits and we work with local partners to offer groups on alcohol and drug awareness and relationships and sexual health.  The emphasis is on personal responsibility and the achievement of the young person's own realistic goals.
