Senior Management Team

Impact is controlled by its Board and managed by its staff. The staff group is led by the Chief Executive and Senior Management Team. Impact’s SMT manage the affairs of 200 staff and have a very strong relationship with the Board. The Chief Executive is a member of the Board.

Impact’s Management Team is a stable group of experienced leaders. It has developed close working relationships with Board, managers, staff groups and external agencies. We believe that collaborative working and good personal relationships both inside the organisation and outside are crucial to us delivering innovative, creative, cost effective and sustainable services.

The SMT consists of five heads of functional teams:

• Mike Muir Chief Executive
• Graham Wilson Finance and Central Services
• Lorraine Usher Support and Communities
• Steve Holliday Human Resources
• Keith Dobson Operations

Lorraine is our newest SMT appointment and takes up post on 21 May. She is currently our Head of Supported Housing.
