The Capital Projects Team at Impact Housing are committed to developing new properties for the growing needs of the region.

The mix of properties we build is varied, from homes for the elderly, flats for young single people, family houses and more, and we continue to diversify in not only the type of property we build, but also the area in which we work.  We now have schemes throughout Cumbria and into Lancashire.
