The Regent, Penrith

On our site next to Eden Rural Foyer, we are building a mix of 1 and 2 bed flats for rent - 27 homes in total.  The homes will be available for local people to rent from June 2012.

Ridley Court, Penrith

Down the road from our scheme at The Regent, we are working on a scheme due to complete in October 2012, that will provide a further 33 homes to local people.

29 of the homes will be for rent:

• 12 x 2 bed flats
• 1 x 4 bed house
• 6 x 2 bed houses
• 10 x 3 bed houses

Kirkland, Kendal

Four 1 bed flats for general rent; Seventeen 2 bed flats for general rent; and Twelve 2 bed flats for supported housing make up the new development at the old Stokers Garage site in Kirkland, Kendal.  The scheme is due to be complete in January 2013  

Albion Mills, Lancaster

There will be 14 family houses and 12 flats for rent at our new scheme in Lancaster.  Works are due to start in August 2013, with completion in December 2014.  The houses will be let to local people and the flats will be let to people with physical disabilities through Leonard Cheshire Disability, who are providing the additional funding for the specialist features in the scheme. 

Church Lane, Bootle, Millom

A scheme of fourteen 2, 3 and 4 bed houses is planned for the site off Church Lane in Bootle.  All properties will be available for rent to local people.  Works are due to start in November 2013, with completion in December 2014 ..
