Cumbria Choice 

Impact has joined the new Cumbria Choice scheme where all the main housing providers in Cumbria will advertise their vacant properties. You have to register to take part in the scheme and you can do this online at www.cumbriachoice.org.uk. You can also request an application form from our offices. Once you have registered with Cumbria Choice you will be able to look at all Impacts vacant property on the Cumbria Choice website. You will also be able to look at the property adverts of other housing providers. Remember you only need to complete one form to register with Cumbria Choice. You can also use the Cumbria Choice website to view properties advertised by other tenants for a Mutual Exhange and advertise your property in the same way. You can also register free to the UKs largest national mutual exchange service HomeSwapper by visiting www.HomeSwapper.co.uk

Newly built flats to rent in Penrith.  One & two bedroom flats will be available in May 2012 at our new development on London Road in Penrith.  The proposed rent for a 1 bed flat is £77.45 per week. The proposed rent for a 2 bed flat is £85.82 per week. There will be a further charge for services which will include all utility costs.  The 1 bed flats will be offered to single people and couples. The 2 bed flats will be offered to households with 1 child or adult dependant.  If you are not already on the Cumbria Choice Register please either apply on-line at www.cumbriachoice.org.ukor telephone 03448 736290 Option 2 (Housing applications and lettings), and ask for an application form to be sent.  The properties will be advertised through Cumbria Choice each week from 19th January to 14th February. Please register your interest either on-line, in a local housing office, including the Eden Foyer on London Road or ring the Allocations Section at Impact Housing.  Please check the Cumbria Choice website and future property newsletters for further details.
