Surveys

We carry out surveys for different parts of our service and report to you on what we found and what we will do as a result.

We have recently asked tenants what they thought of the following services:-

•     Anti-Social Behaviour
•     Repairs
•     Rent
•  

A random selection of tenants were asked to rate these services using a scale of 1 (worst) to 10 (best).     

This graph shows how you rated our service.

Every tenant who gave us a low score was contacted to find out the reasons for this.  Action was taken, and the tenants were happy with this.   If you would like to know the full results, please click on the links at the side of the page.
