Voids Team

When a property becomes empty it is the responsibility of the Voids Team to bring the property up to the Home Standard so new tenants can move in and make it their home. 

 

It is the teams responsibility to view the property when it becomes empty and decide what work is needed to make the property match our Home Standard.  This standard has been agreed by our tenants and a copy can be found in the PDF download links on the right hand side.
