Transactions £500+

Grant Shapps, the Housing Minister (May 2010 - September 2012), asked Housing Associations if they will voluntarily publish details of all of their invoices over the value of £500.

Although housing associations are not public sector bodies, we are all keen to be as open as we possibly can.

From now on, we will be publishing a list of our latest invoices on our website every month.

Our website already contains a huge amount of other information about our policies and procedures, our performance, our annual accounts, and so on.

We are more than happy to now provide this extra information.

Please note that the Freedom of Information Act does not apply to housing associations, however, we will respond to any queries that you may have in as reasonable a way as we can.
