Surveys

We visit every new tenant six weeks after they have moved in to see how they are settling into their new home.

We take the opportunity to find out what they think of the service provided by the teams involved in letting our properties in good condition, making sure that we provide good quality homes that tenants are happy to live in.  

• We have visited 93 tenants so far this year

•     This graph shows how satisfied they were with the service provided.

  

   Any issues that tenants raised were discussed and action was taken that the tenant was happy with.  The information is also used by the teams to look at how they can improve their service.
