Support workers cannot be on call 24 hours a day. Although sometimes mobile phone numbers will be given out at times they are off duty and we ask you to respect this.

If your support worker is not available and you have an emergency please try and contact one of the following:

• If you have a Fire call 999
• If you have a Gas Leak call (Transco) 0800 111 999
• If you have a Flood contact your landlord on their emergency repair number
• If you have a problem or dispute call the Police on 999
