Impact is a Charitable Housing Association based in Cumbria. Founded 27 years ago, we now house nearly 2,500 households and provide a wide range of housing support and community services. We currently employ over 140 staff, and are seeking to fill the following post:

Floating Support Worker

Eden Supported Housing Team

Pategill House, Penrith

37 Hours Per Week (Full Time)

Salary: £13,465 p.a. - £ 16,741 p.a (scp 13-21)

Pay award pending

We wish to appoint a Floating Support Worker to provide support throughout the District of Eden to a range of client groups with varying needs within their own accommodation, to enable them to generate sustainable tenancies. 

You must have some experience of housing/social care/support, and possess excellent organisational and communication skills, computer skills would also be an advantage. You must be able to work on your own initiative whilst being an effective member of the team and be committed to helping make a difference to people’s lives.  You will need to hols a full current driving licence and have access to your own transport for work.
