Oval Function Rooms and Meeting Facilities @ Salterbeck

We have three function rooms available for a wide variety of purposes, all with different designs, sizes, styles and atmospheres. There is sure to be something that will suit your requirement and we can always amend the room layout to tailor the room exactly as you need it.

All of our rooms have wireless broadband capability and we can provide flip charts and any other equipment upon request.

Conference Room/ Function Room: 16m x 12m

Per Hour: £20
Per Session (4 hours): £60
Per Day: £100

This room seats up to 100 theatre style.

Even greater flexibility and capacity can be obtained when we open the twin double doors leading to the Lounge.

In addition the Conference Room has a multifunction lectern that controls a drop down screen

Lounge Area: 12m x 9m

Per Session (4 hours): £45
Per Day: £65

The lounge is a multi-function room available in many styled arrangements.. It can hold a maximum of 60 delegates depending on style of the room you require. The spacious and professional looking room can be accessed directly from the car park to the left of the building, allowing you and your delegates to transport equipment quickly and easily. . The Lounge can be combined with the Conference Room via 2 sets of double doors for larger functions such as birthdays and parties.

Catering can be provided by Grandma Mossop's Cafe with buffets starting from just £4.95 per head

Youth & Community Room 12 x 12m

Per Hour: £15
Per Session (4 hours): £45
Per Day: £65

The Youth & Community Room can seat up to 30 people boardroom style and 60 plus theatre style.

This is our most flexible room and is particularly in demand for product launches and other uses where a non-carpeted floor is preferable. We’ve seen many delegates running around their chairs in warm up sessions during training programmes before sitting down to some theoretical tuition!
