Universal Credit.... Talk to me

40 Impact Tenants are now receiving Universal Credit and over the next couple of years we expect more than 1000 Impact tenants to either start claiming, or be moved onto Universal Credit.

Universal Credit is a very different type of benefit and you will need to include your housing costs as part of your claim.

Impact staff are now wearing UC talk to me badges – If you are an Impact tenant and you are making a claim for Universal Credit please talk to Impact. We will need to... make sure you have the correct details of rents and service charges but Impact can also help in many more ways. So UC… talk to me.
