The Story of a Health Action Project!

Please take a look at the fantastic comic that Cathryn Mellstrom, Community Networker in Young People's Service North did - it was alternative way to capture what we did in our Health Action Project recently, this will form part of our portfolio to support funding we have received from the Big Lottery through the Foyer Federation.
