Integration Update - August 2021

As you know, over the last three years we’ve been part of Riverside. From Monday 4 October, we will no longer be Impact, but will be fully integrated into Riverside. This will mean that all of the services and systems that you will see will be Riverside branded. The week before things change over we will share details of new contact information, any changes to the people you contact, plus website and other online services. You’ll then have everything you need to access services with Riverside, but while the changes made such as the removal of the Impact App, which will be replaced with MY Riverside, it will be asked that you only report emergency issues while we transfer over to Riverside systems.

It is important for you to continue to pay your rent and charges so that we can continue to invest in our homes and neighbourhood. You can also pay by Direct Debit, which is an easier hassle-free way for you to pay. We will give you notice of any changes to your payments or you can call us to discuss any queries on 03448 736290.

Any Customers who receive housing costs from Universal Credit or are receiving Housing Benefits paid directly to us will not need to do anything as we will update any relevant body on your behalf.

We will send you a welcome pack a week or so before things switch over, which will include all of the new ways to get in touch and access services, Including additional services like a 24 hour, 365 days a year customer contact centre.
