Christmas Opening Hours

A note to Impact tenants, residents and customers:

Our services will be closed from 5:00pm on Wednesday 23rd December 2020 until 9:00am on Monday 4th January 2021 for the Christmas and New Year period.

During this time, if you have an emergency repair or need to report Anti-Social Behaviour, please contact us as normal on 03448 736 290 where our out of hours service provider Call Care will handle your enquiry.  

We have a small amount of skeleton staff working during the Christmas and New Year period, therefore if you have a non-urgent enquiry or question, please feel free to contact us digitally via email , via the customer app or through Facebook.
