“The most amazing day I have had in years……..”

This was the comment made by one of customers after a day long session recording his own music at Sonic Zoo Recording Studio in Barrow.
For a long time this particular customer has been writing lyrics and music and using his Ipod to record his talents.  He has always enjoyed sharing this with his friends and has always wanted (even dreamed about) to record his talents professionally. 

We worked with him for a long time about the best way to achieve his dream and we approached a variety of agencies and organisations who would be able to help him, but in order to work with any of these organisations he needed a demo.  So that is what we set out to get.

We worked with Simon King from Soundwave in Workington and Rob from Sonic Zoo in Barrow to arrange funding for a recording session.  We were able to support this with some personalisation money and we were set…

On 9th July we travelled to Sonic Zoo in Barrow and our customer a Gripper spent a long and very hot day in the recording studio with 3 fantastic tracks recorded.  We are extremely grateful to all at Soundwave and Sonic Zoo for making this happen and giving our customer “the most amazing day he has had in years”.

Next……. We are working on a recording a video for one of the tracks.
