Mission Statement
The aim of the Multi-landlord scheme is:-"To provide tenants both new and existing with varying needs and ages, across a range of landlords, with the support they need to sustain their tenancy and improve the quality of life".
We also endeavour to provide this service in the most cost effective way to Impact and other landlords.

Who the scheme is for?

The scheme is available to both male and females regardless of age.
Who have a tenancy with either private and social landlords.
Who have need for:- financial advice, support services, advice on tenancy issues

Staffing Hours
The office is open Monday to Friday between 9.00am-5.00pm.
In circumstances it may be possible to make arrangements to have an appointment outside these hours.
