What is Moving On Up?
The aim of the project is to provide safe, supported quality housing for single homeless people.

It is for 16-30 year olds who need housing, advice and support to help them to move on to independent living.

Linking young people to education, training and employment is a key part of the support on offer.

What king of Housing?
Young people are given an assured shorthold tenancy. It will be close to the town centre, shops and other facilities.

Who is the accommodation for?
The project welcomes referrals for vulnerable young people, who would benefit from the support and help the project team can give.

The team will assess each application individually to decide whether we can offer a place or not.

What does the project offer Young People?
Moving On Up will help young people to improve their opportunities in life.  It will provide a safe, comfortable home with access to advice, practical help and support.

Our aim is to help them move on to independence as part of the community.
