The Money Matters service provides a benefits maximisations service to customers experiencing difficulties with money matters. Money Matters advisors carry out:

• full income and benefits assessments
• support people with benefit claims
• helping customers navigate system and welfare changes
• where necessary challenging decisions
• they can also apply for charitable grants and signpost to local support schemes, debt advice and services.
