We offer accommodation and support that is tailored to your needs. You will be encouraged and supported to recognise your strengths and abilities and to use those to plan your future.

• We offer support or access to services which will help you with the practical aspects of your tenancy and your health and well being including support with social activities, training and employment. 
• A dedicated support worker will help you to draft a personal plan capturing your own goals and aspirations. You will be offered a choice over a second support worker, the times you are supported and an amount of resources invested in your support
