Jenny Russell

My name is Jenny Russell and from the 5th January I will be your main point of contact with Impact.  This is a temporary position and we will be appointing someone to the position permanently in March this year. We will let you know who this is when they are in post. As well as dealing with your housing and neighbourhood issues I will be working with residents and others to broaden our service provision. The changes are part of creating a better service to you and  other customers that provide more opportunities for help with matters such as personal  finances, finding work, developing new skills and interests, improving health and wellbeing and social activities. The new offer will be built around our aim to deliver a service that helps people to achieve their aspirations, assisting people in a number of areas of their lives, not just housing

During the next month or so, I will be out and about, getting to know the places and people. So no doubt you will get the chance to introduce yourself and be part of the conversation about how our services will be changing and developing; to make sure that the things we do match what you and your family need and are personalised and local.
