Impact  Housing Association is a Charitable Housing Association working primarily in Cumbria. Founded  30 years ago, we are rooted in our local communities. We now house nearly 3,000 households and provide a wide range of housing, personal support, training and community facilities.

We offer a variety of training programmes including Skills For Life, Learn Direct and City & Guilds. We work in Partnership to deliver our Development Programme, this encompasses a wide range of activities including New Build; Regeneration; Foyers; Community Centres; Furniture and Recycling Service; Broadband Initiatives and other emerging opportunities. We are keen to talk to new partners about new initiatives which will genuinely make a difference to the lives of people in our local communities
