| Impact successfully achieved the Investors in People award for the first time in 2000. We have recently been re-assessed under the new profile award, and have scored very highly to retain the award for a further 3 years. |

Impact has also been assessed against the new IiP - Recruitment and Selection Standard, and is the first Housing Association in the UK to achieve the award, and also the first organisation in Cumbria to achieve it. Both these awards reflect our commitment to our staff and their development.
