What information is available to me? At Impact, we believe we should be open in what we do. A number of our documents are available to the general public and we will be doing more in the future to publicise them. Below is a link to a page, on which you can see a list of key documents, which are available on request.

Public Documents Available

How do I get a home? There are three ways of getting a home, Call us, Visit us or E-mail us. If you visit us you will be introduced to one of our Housing Staff who will help you complete an application form, then we will contact you when a suitable vacancy arises. If you call us you can leave your name and address and we will be more than happy to send you out our Housing Application Form, or you can e-mail us and we will send you back a copy of the Application Form, or you can even download one from this site!
How do I transfer from one property to another? Contact your Housing Officer who will discuss your transfer opportunities with you , and out you on the transfer waiting list and he or she will keep you up-to-date with any availability.
How can I pay my rent? There are two ways of paying your rent, you can visit any main office and pay over the counter, or you can set up a Direct Debit by contacting your Housing Officer and requesting this service.
I would like to complain? Please contact any of our offices where you will be put in touch with the appropriate person to help with your issue. We have a complaints procedure and policy which you can take a look at by visiting the Complaints area of this website.
How do I get a job at Impact Housing Association? We advertise all our vacancies in the Local & National Press and on our Website, we have a recruitment policy that is adhered to for all jobs - guidance in this matter is provided by our Human Resources department, who are contactable by calling any of our offices.
