At Impact, we believe we should be open in what we do. A number of our documents are available to the public and we will be doing more in the future to publicise them. 2. How do I get a transfer from one property to another?
Contact your Housing Officer who will discuss your transfer opportunities, put you on a transfer waiting list and keep you up-to-date with availability.
3. How do I get a home?
Call in or phone any of the Impact Offices, or e-mail us (). You will be introduced to one of our Housing staff members who will help you complete an application form, then we will contact when a suitable vacancy arises. 4.How do I get a job at Impact?
We advertise our vacancies in the Local & National press and on our website, we have a recruitment policy that is adhered to for all jobs - guidance in this matter is provided by our Human Resources department.
5. How do I complain?
Contact any of our offices where you will be put in touch with the appropriate person to help with your issue. We have a complaints procedure and policy which you can look at complaints
