Impact is an active developer of affordable housing for rent and (increasingly) for sale. In a typical year, we might have a programme of around £4m. As part of our regeneration role, we occasionally develop a shop or office where it is an integral part of a residential project.

We receive some funding from the Housing Corporation and some from other public sector sources- but we also borrow commercially around £2m. every year. We are keen to look at innovative projects that will cover their costs and "make a difference" locally. We are always keen to talk to developers and to people who own land/ property which they want to put to some different or shared use.

We are keen to explore innovative solutions which can be used as a model elsewhere.
