Customer Voice

All customers of Impacts 2,772 properties are automatically members of the Impact Customer Voice.  This is the main route for Impact to consult with customers who receive services from us. Impact actively seeks customer feedback and involvement to help shape our services and meet your needs. There are many ways to get involved with Impact Customer Voice as an active member. Impact customers are welcome to join involvement activities in Riverside ahead of the full merger. There are a number of ways for you to get involved that can be quick and simple from the comfort of your own home or through more involved routes. You choose! You can also join the Riverside Customer Voice North West Hub | Facebook. The group is a tenant-led hub to share views, network and get involved. 

Consultation on Reception at Oval Centre

The reception desk has been closed for 16 months because of the Covid pandemic. Meanwhile customers have been using alternative means of paying their rent, reporting repairs and contacting staff. With this in mind, Impact are now proposing to remove the reception desk from the Oval Centre. Impact are holding a consultation on this change inviting customers to ask questions and give comments.
