All customers of Impacts 2,772 properties are automatically members of the Impact Customer Voice.  This is the main route for Impact to consult with customers who receive services from us. Impact actively seeks customer feedback and involvement to help shape our services and meet your needs. There are many ways to get involved with Impact Customer Voice as an active member.
