The Carlisle Independent Living Team is a well-established part of Impact Housing Association. The team was formed to develop Impacts Floating Support Services in Carlisle and surrounding areas and provides a range of support services. The team endeavours to deliver a support service to individual tenants in their own homes to ensure their tenancies are sustainable and improve the quality of life. We also endeavour to provide this service in the most cost effective way, providing the best value to both tenants and landlords.
