What is it?
This free service is available to all Impact tenants and is designed to enable them to maintain a successful tenancy.

What can it do?
We provide information, advice and guidance on a wide range of issues.  Here are some of the things the service can assist with?

• Setting up home
• Tenancy problems i.e. rent arrears, difficulties with neighbours etc
• Maximising benefit entitlement
• Budgeting and debt problems
• Establishing links with community
• Day-to-day living skills and managing your home
• Looking for the right kind of education, training and employment opportunities

How does it work?
Any tenant can refer themselves to be referred by another organisation.

A worker will explain that the service can offer and an agreement will be made based on what support you feel you need.

This agreement will be renewed every 3 months and support needs discussed.

You will be fully involved in this process, and decide what support is right for you.

The housing support service is based on what you need and should help you live successfully in your home and community.
