The name of our organisation—”Impact” - originally stems from “Improvement through Action”, and on reviewing our Business Plan this year we realised how far this continues to be our approach. We are proactive in improving services and go out and look for additional services or new ways of working that benefit our residents or the communities we work with. We see this as creating opportunities for people to enjoy a better quality of life.
