4 FLATS within the main tower of the Old Brewery will be available for sale to the general public. Prices and timescales are yet to be announced.

5 HOUSES, which will consist of 3 & 4 bedrooms will be available for rent.  The living rooms will be situated on the 1st Floor to take advantage of the views on offer. They will have a small open yard area although no garden or garages.  Rents will be approximately £66.00 per week.  

13 FLATS, will be available for rent consisting of 1 or 2 bedrooms and rents will be in the region of £53.00 to £60.00 per week depending on accommodation size.
