| The West Cumbria Supported Housing Team is a well-established part of Impact Housing Association. The team was formed to develop Impacts Floating Support Services in West Cumbria and provides a range of support services, which were initially developed in the Allerdale area, but during 2002 we have been working with Copeland Borough Council to deliver the same range of services to the tenants in Copeland. The team endeavours to deliver a support service to individual tenants in their own homes to ensure their tenancies are sustainable and improve the quality of life. We also endeavour to provide this service in the most cost effective way, providing the best value to both tenants and landlords. |
