Generally we will not consider an application from you if:-
- You or a member of your family, intending to live with you, have been evicted by a previous landlord for anti-social behaviour. Or is known to have committed persistent/serious anti-social behaviour which did not result in an eviction or prosecution, but written statements to that effect have been obtained from a housing professional, the police or another agency.
- You or a member of your family, intending to live with you, have been convicted of a criminal offence, which, if repeated would create a nuisance, annoyance or fear amongst other residents.
- You have current or former rent/mortgage arrears through wilful refusal to pay.
- You have abandoned or wilfully damaged property owned by local authority or registered social landlord.
- you have caused racial or other harassment.
- You have given false information.
