The Association aims to operate a flexible transfer policy, which balances the needs of tenants to move with the need to make best use of our housing stock. Priority is given to tenants who have the greatest need for a move as determined by the points system, we aim to allocate a minimum of around 25% of total annual lettings to transfer requests.
Any person who has been a tenant for six months or more, who does not have rent arrears, and who has conducted their tenancy in a satisfactory manner may make a transfer request.
