Residents are central to everything we at Impact do and we are keen for all residents to contribute.
The aim of resident Involvement is to give residents an opportunity to get their views heard and make a difference. We want residents to let us know what they think and we can use that information to shape how we work and what we provide.
We value our residents’ views and aim to seek the views of as many of our residents as possible before making decisions. This opportunity for residents to influence decision-making will ensure that we can provide the services our current and future residents want. Your views can influence those decisions.
We aim to make the opportunities we offer our residents as interesting and varied as possible. We offer a wide range of activities to attract as many residents as possible to this process and examples of ways to get involved include:
- Social events
- Residents groups
- Area reps
- Recruitment and selection groups
- Surveys
