Impact's repairs service can be contacted any time of the day or at night if you have an emergency or priority repair that needs immediate attention - such as a gas leak, burst pipe, breakdown in heating system or dangerous fault in electric wiring. Then phone your Impact Housing Office as soon as possible. If the office is closed you will hear a recorded message, follow the instructions on the message to arrange a contractor to make a repair as soon as possible.
