To ensure that the people housed by the Association have a relatively high need for its accommodation and that lettings are made both fairly and consistently, tenants are selected using a points system. This System weights recognised types of housing need, so that the greatest number of points is given to what is considered to be the circumstances which give an applicant the most urgent need for accommodation.
