Each resident will be housed under the terms and conditions of a licence agreement. Their rights are set out in this agreement and in the Residents Charter we give out when they move in.
We are committed to consultation with residents and to giving them the opportunity to be involved and participate if they want to.
We value each resident as an individual and promote self-esteem and self respect as well as the respect of others, both those living in the project and in the wider community.
We have a complaints system that is explained to each resident when they move in.
