- All residents will have an individual support plan we will agree with them.
- Each resident will have a named keyworker who will work with them on their plan and help them to make informed choices on issues that are important to them.
- Support and help are provided on a range of social and living skills and in the following specific areas:
- Advice on benefits and money management
- Information on education, training and job prospects
- Health issues
- Accessing leisure and other community facilities
- Help with finding appropriate permanent accommodation and with resettlement when they are ready
- Impact staff will aim to provide this support directly, but when it would be more effective for the resident we will help them access other help and advice
- Staff will also give emotional support to residents and be able to help them access counselling and other specialist help
- Impact is committed to effective working with other agencies to enhance the service each resident receives
