The project consists of a large shared house with 8 bedrooms. Residents share the lounge and 2 bathrooms, one has a shower. The large kitchen is fully equipped, so that residents can prepare their own food. Laundry facilities are also provided. The rooms are let on a licence agreement.
Impact Housing will:
- Manage and maintain the projects to a high standard
- Provide support services appropriate to individual need
- Consider referrals made by local agencies, both voluntary and statutory who work with young people
- In deciding on who to house in the projects Impact will take into account the need to keep a balance between the needs of the residents and the availability and intensity of support provided
- Provide a 24 hour support service
- Make sure that staff have appropriate training and specialist skills that are relevant to the needs of the residents.
We are unable to consider referrals from anyone with:
- Severe mental health problems
- A current drug/alcohol dependency problem
- A history of arson
