Impact is a Charitable Housing Association based primarily in Cumbria. Founded 27 years ago, we are rooted in our local communities. We now house nearly 2,500 households and provide a wide range of housing support:

In addition, we offer a variety of training programmes including Skills For Life, Learn Direct an City & Guilds. We work in Partnership to deliver our Development Programme, this encompasses a wide range of activities including New Build; Regeneration; Foyers; Community Centres; Furniture and Recycling Service; Broadband Initiatives and other emerging opportunities.
