HOW TO REPORT A REPAIR.

If you have a repair please tell us as soon as possible. If it is an emergency or priority repair please call your local Impact office.

NON URGENT REPAIRS.

You can report non urgent repairs in on of the following ways.

Phoning the Impact Office.
Calling in person at the Impact Office.
Telling your rent collector (if your rent is collected).
Writing to the Impact Office.
Or by filling in the online repairs form for The Carlisle Area, The West, Eden, and South Lakes.
