Impact Housing provides care and support for many different types of needs. This may be in the form of Hostel Accommodation, Floating Support and Supported Accommodation.
Hostel Accommodation is usually in a large house with your own room and shared facilities. This type of home has staff readily available, on-site for up to 24 hours a day, to give you advice and support on a wide range of issue, including benefits, welfare, education, health, training and so on.
Floating Support - this free confidential service is available to all tenants and is designed to enable them to maintain a successful tenancy. A housing support worker will visit tenants in their own homes and provide information, advice and guidance on a wide range of issues.
Supported Accommodation is where you live in one of our properties - either a self-contained flat with shared access and support from staff where necessary, or a property with a "good-neighbour" scheme with a Tenant Support worker (a staff member who lives on site).
