Once you have downloaded the direct debit mandate you must fill in ONLY page 1, page 2 is for official use only.

Important Information Please Read Carefully

Direct Debit can only be taken on a monthly basis.

Direct Debits can only be taken on the 1st or the 15th of each month.

We must have your completed Direct Debit Mandate with us 12 days before the date you want your first payment to be taken.

| In a few days you will receive a letter from your Housing Officer, Which will state your 1st payment amount, the date of your first payment, the amount of your subsequent payments and the next due date. |
