We are overlooking the River Caldew and located next to Carlisle Castle.  It’s an ideal place for students to stay during their stay at Carlisle, as we are only minutes away from the City Centre.

It’s a friendly place to stay with up to 199 students who are housed in 36 flats on a self-catering basis. Each student has their own study bedroom and then each flat has shared fitted kitchen with main electrical appliances provided.  There are lots of other onsite amenities such as laundrette, pay phones and general lounge area with some parking spaces and a locked bicycle store along with CCTV.   A number of flats have been adapted to accommodate people with disabilities.

The majority of our students are from the University of Central Lancashire (who have recently taken over the Carlisle Campus from Northumbria University).

Between July – September you can book a holiday flat with a great view of the River Caldew and Carlisle Castle! Only minutes from the City Centre.  We can offer you a wide chose of high quality self catering flats which can accommodate up to 6 people.  Each flat has fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a bathroom and shower room.  We also have disabled access flats and limited parking.
