What Services Do We Offer? We offer a range of tailor made training and development opportunities across the county, which include:

Entry to Employment

|
This is designed for young people aged 16 to 18, with the aim of preparing them to move onto employment or further training. |

Job Search

|
We can provide help with looking for and applying for jobs. This covers things like writing a CV, filling in application forms, and preparing for interviews. |
|
Skills for Life

|
We provide basic skills training for adults aged 16 and older. To be eligible for Skills for Life training learners must be unemployed. |
| Teenage Parents |
We run training specially geared to the needs of young parents, mums or dads, who are aged 16—19. This is similar to the E2E programme, but we work closely with the Primary Health Care Trusts and other agencies in deliver relevant training. |
| Other Skills for Life Training |
We also provide training to people aged 16 or over who have a history of substance misuse, are ex-offenders or at risk of offending. Again our training is designed to meet individual needs, and we work closely with other agencies to achieve the best results for our learners. |

Other training opportunities at Impact
Apart from our E2E and Skills for Life services, we also offer Learn Direct courses and some vocational training from both Centre 47, Nelson Street, Carlisle and The Eden Rural Foyer, Old London Road, Penrith.
